Public Service Health Care Plan
The Public Service Health Care Plan covers full and part time federal public service employees appointed for more than 6 months and their dependants.
It also covers RCMP officers, judges, members of the Canadian Forces, other federal public sector union member and retirees.
There are more than 500,000 members of the Plan and with their dependents, close to 1.2 million people are covered.
It pays for health care costs that are not covered by provincial government medicare programs.
The plan is administered by Sun Life Financial.
But you must apply to join the plan to be covered.

Questions about claims or membership should be directed to Sun Life. You will need your plan Access ID and password to see your plan and claim information.
